How to read a record
- Last verified
- The most recent date the project was checked against an official source — not the date
the builder last updated the page.
- Exact location
- The pin sits on the project's published municipal address.
- Intersection
- The pin sits on the published major intersection, not a street address.
- Approximate
- The pin is a community-level reference point. It is not an exact municipal address.
- Not mapped
- No site address has been published yet, so the project is listed but not pinned.
- Sales centre
- Recorded separately from the project site, and never used as the project's coordinates.
Method and limits
- Projects are identified through current public sources. This is not a claim to list
every new-construction project in the region.
- Municipalities with no rows here have not yet been cleared by a full official-source
sweep.
- Archived records are retained for audit and are hidden unless you ask for them.
- Where a builder publishes several releases at one site, each release keeps its own
status rather than being flattened into one.
